WELCOME TO THE PAGE OF THE MOST BEATIFUL AGATES IN HUNGARY! This site is about agate which are the most colourful varieties of quartz . Most of the agates in the galleries were found in Hungary in Matra Mt. You will see how much different colors has in my agates, they are from the seladonite, hematite, iron, calcedony...these minerals give interesting colors and make this rare variation of agates. Agates in the Gellery1 and 2 are from Gyöngyöstarján (356photos! ) You can see other type of agates from Matra Mt. in Gallery3.( New found in 2007.) They were collected and polished by myself.
